In November 2023, a big step forward was taken with the creation of Ludus Pax Studios<\/strong>. The name comes from Latin: Ludus<\/em>, meaning \u201cgames\u201d, and Pax, meaning \u201cpeace\u201d -reflecting my vision of creating games that are peaceful, meaningful, and give players a chance to slow down, learn and make more than just games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio\u2019s journey began in January 2024 with Rise of the Village Hero<\/strong>, a small indie RPG released in Early Access. After more than a year of development, the game reached version 1.0 on 18 March 2025, marking Ludus Pax Studios\u2019 first completed commercial release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, the studio has continued to grow, releasing Path to Serenity<\/strong> in June 2025 – which proudly supports SAMH -, followed by Tiny Terra Spaces<\/strong> in June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a first small RPG to a growing collection of peaceful and meaningful games, Ludus Pax Studios continues to explore new ideas while staying true to its original vision: creating games with purpose, personality, and a little bit of peace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Studio’s Aims<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To create and publish games and interactive experiences, with a focus on meaningful ideas, engaging gameplay, and high-quality experiences. The studio follows a self-publishing model, particularly for its early releases, while making its projects available across platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Humble<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each project is approached with a focused development cycle, allowing the studio to experiment with new ideas while maintaining a high standard of quality. While games remain at the heart of Ludus Pax Studios, the wider aim is to create work that can entertain, inspire, and encourage players to think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use my development skills to help others bring their ideas to life. Through freelance and collaborative work, Ludus Pax Studios can provide development support, solve technical challenges, and contribute to creative projects beyond its own games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
