“Start by doing what’s necessary; Then do what’s possible; And suddently you are doing the impossible.” St Francis of Assisi.
In November 2023, a big step forward was taken and Ludus Pax, a development studio, was formed. The name comes from Latin—‘Ludus’ meaning ‘games’ and ‘Pax’ meaning ‘peace’—capturing my vision of creating peaceful and meaningful games.
In Jan 2024, Rise of the Village Hero, was the first commercial project for the studio, a small indie RPG, released in early access. On 18th March 2025 1.0 was reached and the game is now fully released.

Studio’s games
Primary Aim:
To develop games using Unity, following a self-publishing model (at least for the first few releases) and selling on platforms like Steam, Epic Games, Humble Bundle, and GOG. Each game will have a concise development cycle while maintaining high standards, focusing on creating experiences that are both entertaining and thought-provoking.
Secondary Aim:
To use my skills to help others. Through freelance work, the studio aims to solve game development challenges. The redesigned “Portfolio” page will showcase what’s possible when you collaborate with me and Ludus Pax Studios.
