Rise of the Village Hero is part of Steam Winter Sale

I hope you’re all having a happy holiday season and enjoying a well-earned break at this time of year.

I wanted to let you know that Rise of the Village Hero is part of the Steam Winter Sale 2025. The game is also on sale on Itch io and Humble Store!

The game is currently 65% off, making this a great time to pick it up for yourself or as a gift for friends or family. If it’s been sitting on your wishlist, now is the perfect moment to grab a copy.

I’ve also added partial controller support in a previous update for those who asked, and I hope this improves the overall experience. I’m still working on achievements, so they won’t trigger just yet, but I’m aiming to have them finished soon. The feedback form is still available in the game, so if you run into any issues, press F12 and include your email along with the bug details. While there shouldn’t be any problems, I’m always happy to help, and if something major comes up, I can look into fixing it in a future update.
